I understand that during Summer Camp there may be opportunities for my child to respond to the spiritual aspects of the program. If this happens, my contact details (as parent/guardian) may be shared with the relevant pastor/chaplain for follow-up. I will then have the choice to accept or decline any further contact.

I understand that an approved camp photographer/videographer will capture photos and videos of camp activities, which may include my child. These images will remain the property of the NNSW Youth Department and may be used by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its associated organisations for promotional, reporting, and ministry purposes.

Medical Information - via Operoo

The NNSW Conference has decided to use Operoo for Summer Camp this year, to keep your child's medical information as safe and secure as possible. We will enter the details that you enter below and you will receive an email requesting you to create or share your account. Thank you for using this platform.

For those who have not used Operoo before, here is what Operoo shares about there services:

Junior & Teen Activities

Juniors and Teens will be on a rotation of activities and able to participate in all of the different activities that will be on offer. We will keep the Juniors and Teens seperate for the different activities.

For the activities, please help your child pack:

Swimmers (rashie and shorts)

Water shoes

Hat and sunscreen

Payment Details

Please note the below refund policy:

Cancellations made before the registration closure date are eligible for a 90% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not refundable, except in cases of illness (with a doctor’s certificate) or other unforeseeable circumstances, in which case a 50% refund may be granted.
Bus tickets are non-refundable.
