Refund Policy

In accordance with policies held by the NNSW Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Women's Ministries Assistant within the specified time frames below:

If contact is made before the registration closure date a 90% refund can be obtained.
If contact is made after the registration closure date a 50% refund can be obtained.
If contact is made 14 days before the event no refund will be available - (with the
exception of illness accompanied by a doctor’s certificate or evidence of unforeseeable
circumstances that prevents the person from attending) which will allow the participant
to receive 50% refund.
