The Summer Camp Dress Code Policy is designed to maintain a positive, respectful and safe environment at North New South Wales Summer Camps that is consistent with the beliefs and practices of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.

All campers are expected to adhere to the following guidelines:
Clothing
Clothing that is worn must at all times uphold the ethos, values and standard of the Seventh-day Adventist church.
Swim Wear
Sun safety and modesty are essential for any summer camp activity involving swimming. Rash shirts and board shorts must be worn for all outdoor swimming/beach activities. Hats are recommended.
Jewellery
Jewellery, including bracelets, necklaces, rings, bands, chains, earrings and nose rings, are not to be worn. Plastic spacers may be worn in earlobe piercings only.
Hairstyle
Hair should be of one natural colour, clean, neat and avoiding extreme styles that draw attention. Haircuts during the duration of summer camp are not permitted.
The Camp Directors reserve the right to make the final decision on the appropriateness of any attire or appearance. Campers who do not comply with the dress code may be asked to change, provided alternative clothing/swimwear to wear or removed from general circulation until the issue is resolved. Repeated or deliberate violations may result in campers being sent home.
