Accommodation will be available at Yarra Holiday Park and Yarra Adventure Park. Motels/Cabins are limited, so those who are able to bring a tent or caravan are encouraged to do so.

Speaker

Yvonne Hypolite is a London-born speaker, chaplain, and advocate with a heart for people and a passion for purpose.

A Cardiac Physiologist, trained as a youth counsellor and chaplain, Yvonne brings a wealth of experience and empathy to her current role as a chaplain in the Spiritual Care Department at the Sydney Adventist Hospital. Her ministry is shaped by compassion, spiritual insights, and a deep understanding of the human of the human experience.

Yvonne is particularly passionate about the educational development of women, believing strongly in the power of knowledge, mentorship, and opportunity to transform lives. Whether speaking, counselling, or walking alongside someone in their journey, she is committed to empowering individuals—especially women—to grow, lead, and thrive.

She is the devoted wife of Eddie and proud mother to Rhea, grounding her personal and professional life in deep family values.

Cost & what’s included

Adult Weekend (13+) – $160 (All meals and retreat resources)

Child Weekend (3-12yrs) – $120 (All meals and kids programs)

Adult Day Visitor (13+) – $70 (Lunch, dinner and retreat resources for Sabbath only)

Child Day Visitor (3-12yrs) – $50 (Lunch, dinner and kids program for Sabbath only)

Sabbath Visit with Lunch – $50 (Lunch and retreat resources for Sabbath only)

Refund Policy

In accordance with policies held by the NNSW Conference of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Women’s Ministries Assistant within the specified time frames below:

• If contact is made before the registration closure date a 90% refund can be obtained.
• If contact is made after the registration closure date a 50% refund can be obtained.
• If contact is made 14 days before the event no refund will be available – (with the
  exception of illness accompanied by a doctor’s certificate or evidence of unforeseeable
  circumstances that prevents the person from attending) which will allow the participant
  to receive 50% refund.
