Accommodation is not included in cost

Please note that the accommodation fees are charged in addition to the Camporee Fees. All accommodation is to be organised directly with Yarra Holiday (Stuarts Point) Campground on (02) 6569 0576. When booking through Yarra Holiday Park please state your club to ensure that you are camping with your club. Please ensure to leave bikes, scooters and skateboards at home.

I understand and agree that the staff of the tent have permission to take photographs and video of my child to be used for marketing purposes unless a signed letter is provided.

If I do not consent, I accept that it is my responsibility to provide the North NSW Children’s Ministries Department with a clear photo of my child and a signed letter stating no photos are to be taken. The photograph and letter will be kept strictly confidential and used for identification purposes only. Please contact Carolin Schmitz at carolinschmitz@adventist.org.au. If you do not do this prior to camp, it will be assumed it is now safe to take photos of your child.
