Insurance- Extra Risk Coverage

There is some equipment we bring to camp that we don’t need insurance for year round, but do need insured for Big Camp. Each department needs to use the form below to submit this list, before the 25th of March. This will allow for processing time. These lists once completed, need to return to <Shaun’s assistant, TBA>

Finance Request

This is where you request any amounts to be released from your budget for catering, for Squares and Cash floats submissions.

Speaker Bio/Workshop Submission

Please tell us about your speaker/s for the booklet, please enter all of them here, including workshops. If the speaker is a NNSW Pastor, we have their photo already.

T’Shirt Order

Each division is required to have team shirts for their leaders. These shirts help identify staff and provide clear recognition for parents and campers. 

When ordering T-shirts, you must place your order below. By combining orders across divisions, we can secure better pricing and greater discounts for the camp overall.

Coupons for Accommodation

Please note at the bottom, you can add the % that your department will pay for. Please note no orders can be placed after the 21st of January.

Registrations have now opened and the availability is pending on stock levels. Please contact Melinda if you feel that a particular request is important to the running of your division.
